Jaibez Regalado is a proud Latina woman in long-term recovery and self-discovery from substance use, mental health challenges, trauma, and domestic violence. She’s the Founder and CEO of Regalado Recovery & Self-Discovery, INC® and The Recovery Plug, LLC™, and is also the creator and host of the My Eyes My Truth™ podcast.
With a long list of credentials and a deep well of lived experience, Jaibez is a passionate, boots-on-the-ground advocate who isn’t afraid to speak up, challenge broken systems, and fight for those who’ve been overlooked. She’s a voice for the voiceless—especially for individuals navigating recovery, re-entry, and generational trauma. Her work spans across substance use, mental health, domestic violence advocacy, LGBTQIA+ support, youth mentorship, prison ministry, and community coalition building.
As a former Chair of the Dallas Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC), Jaibez is no stranger to leadership. She’s a respected trainer, facilitator, and peer support supervisor across Texas, with a strong belief in leading with integrity, staying coachable, and never forgetting where she came from. Her mission is rooted in being the support she once needed and staying grounded for the next generation rising on her shoulders.
Outside of her professional work, Jaibez values her wife, rest and self-care, often spending time with her nieces and nephews, traveling, and appreciating the small moments. People who know her describe her as relentless, honest, faith-driven, and fiercely committed to her purpose.
