Regalado Recovery & Self-Discovery, INC provides training, education, coaching, and peer-support services. We do not provide clinical therapy, medical treatment, or crisis services. Any information offered on this website or during sessions is for educational and supportive purposes only.
If you are experiencing a crisis, call 911 or contact your local crisis hotline immediately.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be:
- 18 years or older, and
- Able to participate in services safely and independently.
Anyone under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Payments & Fees
Payment is required before the start of any training, coaching session, or service unless a payment plan is approved.
Refunds
- All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued for missed classes, no-shows, or incomplete trainings.
- Certificate replacement fee: $35.
If you experience an emergency, reach out as soon as possible to discuss potential rescheduling options.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, emergencies, or instructor availability. If this occurs, you will be offered an alternative date.
Clients must notify us as early as possible if they need to reschedule a coaching session.
Certificates & Documentation
Certificates are issued only after:
- Full attendance
- Completion of required assignments
- Submission of all required forms
We are not responsible for delays caused by missing forms, incomplete work, or failure to meet state requirements.
Technology Requirements
Many of our trainings & services are held online. Participants are responsible for:
- Having a stable internet connection
- Using the correct Zoom link or learning platform
- Submitting required documents in PDF format
Not being able to navigate basic technology is not grounds for a refund.
Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful, inclusive learning environment. Hate speech, harassment, threats, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these guidelines without refund.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected for registration or communication will be kept confidential and used only for service delivery.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
However, we may disclose information if:
- Required by law
- You indicate harm to yourself or others
- There is suspected abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Regalado Recovery & Self-Discovery, INC. for your training, coaching, and peer-support needs. Please review our refund policy before registering for any service.
All Sales Are Final
Payments for trainings, coaching sessions, consultations, and services are non-refundable. This includes:
- Core Training
- RSPS Training
- MHPS Training
- PSS Training
- CEU workshops
- Coaching sessions
- Group sessions
- Any digital materials provided
Once payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued.
Missed Classes or No-Shows
No refunds or partial refunds are given for:
- Missing any portion of a training
- No-shows
- Being removed from class due to disruption or policy violations
- Lack of participation
- Not completing required forms
It is the participant’s responsibility to attend all scheduled sessions.
Emergencies
If you experience a verified emergency, you may request:
- Transfer to a future training date
- Rescheduling of a coaching session (case-by-case)
Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on documentation and availability.
Payment Plan Agreements
If a payment plan is approved:
- All payments must be completed
- Failure to pay will suspend certificates, attendance records, or service access
- Outstanding balances may be forwarded for collections
Payment plans do not change the no-refund policy.
Certificate Replacement Fee
There is a $35 fee for all certificate replacements.
Participants are responsible for storing their certificates safely.
Cancellations by RRS-D
In rare cases where Regalado Recovery & Self-Discovery, INC must cancel or reschedule a class:
- Participants will be offered another date
- No refunds will be provided unless RRS-D initiates the cancellation and a refund is specifically approved
Technology Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
- Having reliable internet
- Using the correct Zoom link
- Completing required forms
Technical difficulties are not grounds for a refund.
Voucher Payments
If you are funded by an agency voucher:
- Refunds cannot be issued to the participant
- Voucher funds are non-transferable
- Participants are responsible for meeting all requirements to receive certification

Coaching Agreement

Purpose of Coaching
Coaching is a supportive, non-clinical service designed to help you set goals, build skills, and strengthen your recovery and personal growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
What You Can Expect
- A safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space
- Guidance, goal-setting, and accountability
- Trauma-informed, person-centered support
- Honest communication and professional boundaries
- Resources and tools that align with your goals
What Is Expected From You
- Active participation
- Honesty and openness
- Respect for boundaries
- Timely communication
- Showing up prepared and on time
Confidentiality
Your information will be kept private except when:
- You express harm to yourself or others
- Abuse or neglect is suspected
- Records are requested by law
Payments
- All coaching fees are due before or at the time of service.
- No refunds are issued for missed sessions or late cancellations.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. No-shows may result in loss of session credit.

DWI Intervention Class Policies

Attendance Requirements
- You must attend all required sessions
- No late logins after 6:03PM
- Cameras must remain on
- No driving, children, or background distractions
Assignments
- All forms must be handwritten in black or blue ink
- AA forms must include your full name
- Individual sessions must be completed before the final class
Behavior Expectations
- Respectful participation is required
- No disruptive behavior
- No substance use before or during class
Technology Requirements
- You are responsible for a stable internet connection
- Use the correct Zoom link provided
- Entry name must match your legal name
Removal From Class
You may be removed without refund for:
- Sleeping, driving, or being distracted
- Showing signs of intoxication
- Harassment or threats
- Violating confidentiality or class rules
Training Participation Agreement

Purpose
This agreement outlines expectations for all participants in Core, RSPS, MHPS, and CEU trainings.
Expectations
Participants agree to:
- Attend all required hours
- Complete all forms and assessments
- Be on-camera and present during virtual sessions
- Engage respectfully and professionally
- Follow all instructions from the trainer
Forms & Requirements
The following must be submitted in PDF format:
- Screening Form
- Knowledge Assessments
- Attestation Form
Failure to submit forms may delay or prevent certification.
Certificates
Issued only when:
- Attendance is complete
- Forms are submitted
- Payment is finalized
- Program requirements are met
Removal From Class
You may be removed without refund for:
- Disruptive behavior
- Failure to follow instructions
- Harassment or inappropriate conduct
- Missing required hours or assignments
