4. Life Coaching Disclaimer
Life coaching services provided by Recovery & Self-Discovery, INC.® are not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Our coaches are not licensed mental health professionals. Life coaching is a forward-focused, goal-oriented service designed to support personal growth and empowerment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately.
5. User Accounts & Registration
When creating an account on our website, you agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete registration information
– Maintain the security of your account password
– Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
– Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
6. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments: All fees for courses, coaching sessions, and other paid services are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations: Each class has a designated seat for each registration. If the session is canceled that means another student went without. Therefore cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds for Services: Course enrollments are non-refundable once payment has been submitted.
7. Code of Conduct
All participants in our programs and community agree to:
– Treat all community members with dignity, respect, and kindness
– Maintain the confidentiality of other participants’ personal stories and information
– Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or hateful conduct of any kind
Violations of our code of conduct will result in immediate removal from programs without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, podcast episodes, and other materials are the property of Recovery & Self-Discovery, INC.® and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
